Healthcare Leader, Mentor, Speaker, Innovator & Change Advocate

Welcome!

My name is Sorayah (So-RAY-uh), and I am a healthcare leader specializing in the facilitation of care for high-profile individuals. With over a decade of experience in oncology emergency nursing, clinical quality improvement, and leadership, I bring a unique blend of compassion, innovation, and strategic vision to every role I undertake.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in 2014, I launched my career in the Emergency Center at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, later earning my Master of Science in Nursing and Clinical Nurse Leader certification. Over the years, I have championed quality improvement initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient advocacy to enhance care delivery for complex and critical populations.

Today, I am privileged to lead and design personalized care strategies for high-profile individuals, utilizing my expertise in process improvement, change management, and patient-centered solutions. My approach integrates data-driven decision-making, technology, and evidence-based practice to ensure seamless, discreet, and exceptional care experiences.

Outside of healthcare, my diverse background includes event production management, runway and print modeling, and music performance with the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps. As a 1st and 2nd Bass Drum performer in 2007 and 2009, respectively, I competed in the Summer Music Games hosted by Drum Corps International. These experiences have shaped my ability to think creatively, adapt dynamically, and lead with resilience.

I am passionate about empowering others through mentoring, consulting, and disseminating knowledge, as well as advocating for advancements in healthcare practices and policy.

With gratitude,
Sorayah
